This past weekend, the FTCSC School Board and Superintendent Dr. Chase Huotari attended the National COSSBA (Consortium of State School Boards Associations) Conference.

In addition to participating in conference sessions, they had the opportunity to engage in Meaningful Collaboration and Purposeful Learning with school board members and superintendents from across the country—sharing ideas, learning from one another, and bringing back insights that can help strengthen our schools.

We are grateful for their leadership and dedication to continually improving our district and ensuring FTCSC students receive a world-class education.

Our first graders have been busy bringing their learning to life!

Students recently created incredible animal habitats using shoe boxes, choosing environments like the Arctic, Sahara desert, savannah, tropical rainforest, temperate deciduous forest, freshwater, and saltwater habitats. From icy landscapes to lush forests and vibrant oceans, their creativity and learning were on full display!

These Bulldogs did a fantastic job showing how different animals live and thrive in their unique environments. Way to go, first grade!
