FC is proud to report a 98.64% high school graduation rate, once again placing us among the top districts in the state. This achievement reflects the dedication and collaboration of our entire FTCSC Flashes Community.

Today, we especially celebrate our FC Counseling Department—you are Difference Makers. From academic planning to social and emotional support, our counselors’ dedication, advocacy, and tireless efforts guide students through every step of their journey to graduation. Their impact is evident not only in FC’s continued leadership at the state level for graduation rates, but also in the lifelong difference they make through countless meaningful interactions with students.

While we spotlight our outstanding FC counselors, we also recognize that graduation is the result of years of support from teachers and staff across our entire FTCSC K–12 Flashes Community. Every interaction matters, and every role plays a vital part in supporting our fantastic students.

As FC Principal, Zak Tschiniak shared: “While our FC graduation rate is astounding in itself, we must go beyond the number and recognize that it is built on countless interactions between our gifted faculty and staff and the young hearts, minds, and spirits we are blessed to steward. These interactions represent FC's commitment to building relationships with our students and families to ensure each of our graduates is prepared for a life of purpose.”
